Godwin Ugbor is a development strategist with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of public health, humanitarian response, human rights, and social development. His thematic depth spans project management, supply chain management, criminal justice reform, psychosocial rehabilitation, mental health, and resource mobilisation — areas that speak directly to the complex realities faced by the communities Sheerah Verenda serves.

Academically grounded in Psychology and Global Health, and professionally certified in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Health Research, Godwin brings both the rigour to design effective programmes and the experience to deliver them. He has a strong track record in proposal writing, systems strengthening, advocacy, and cross-cultural coordination across diverse institutional contexts.

Known for his analytical precision and capacity to perform under pressure, he brings to the Sheerah Verenda Board the programme management expertise and accountability frameworks that strengthen the organisation’s ability to measure, report, and scale its impact.
